Manager of Initial Impressions/Accounting Clerk
Responsibilities: Create the initial impression for clients and vendors as they enter the front door or call on the phone. Maintain a current record of staff whereabouts.
Manage the back office systems that provide the back bone support to all three companies. Create and execute efficient means to organize those office duties. Provide executive assistance to office staff by ways of write and editing letter and proposals, quotes and other word processing.
Manage the clerking duties for the accounting office in an organized fashion. Insure that all information has been gathered to enter payables and timecards into construction management software. Insure all payables and timecards are properly downloaded into accounting software. Prepare cheques for payables and paycheques before their due date. Gather information for receivables and create client invoices.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desire and ability to work will little supervision and create own direction
MS Office
Quickbooks experience essential
Minimum of three years accounting experience

Project Manager/Estimator/Purchaser
Responsibilities: Manage the construction of residential and commercial projects. Create, maintain and monitor schedule, budget and project scope. Approve vendor invoices and employee project timesheets.
Coordinate the execution of site work with construction supervisor. Insure that trades and material are ready for use on site. Communicate work scope and changes with the site super.
Organize the project scope by trades, send for tender and create sub-contracts. Prepare the project for the execution phase.
Create estimates for new projects. Submit for initial quotes and maintain cost database.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desire and ability to work will little supervision and create own direction
MS Office
Experience with Construction Management Software
Project Management Training or Construction Technology Degree Preferred
Prior experience working in the construction industry

Carpenter Apprentice/Journeyman
Responsibilities: Rough to finish carpentry work in the Residential and Commercial, new construction and renovation project. The work is in a broad variety of skill sets.
Answer trade questions while completing own on site work responsibilities. Monitor their progress. Insure that the site is kept safe and secure.
This position is for a person looking to grow their responsibility level toward becoming a site supervisor.
Qualifications:
Good driving record
Own transportation and tools
A strong work ethic with the ability to work with little supervision
Strong organization skills the ability to think ahead
Act kindly and be responsive to our clients

Cabinetmaker
Responsibilities: Create high quality custom millwork in a team setting. Use your skills to build kitchens, solid wood passage doors, custom trims, casings and details, garage doors, entertainment units, vanities, etc. We work in both residential and commercial settings. Opportunities to install millwork on site. Work or supervise installation crew.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desire and ability to work will little supervision and create own direction
Second year apprentice to Journeyman
Must have own tools
Good driving record

Draftsperson Architectural Technologist
Responsibilities: Meet with clients to design original custom millwork. Take notes and organize a specifications sheet to contain all details of millwork design. Produce shop drawings for client approval.
Gain final approval with client and coordinate the execution of the millwork design with shop supervisor. Insure that the design intent is followed and answer further questions by cabinetmakers.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desire and ability to work will little supervision and create own direction
MS Office
AutoCAD
Experience with Cabnetware
Minimum three years drafting experience in a woodworking environment
