Our team has an unusual blend of extensive business management experience, a solid track record of producing high quality cabinetry, intimate knowledge of 250 exotic woods, a passion for yachts, experience working in the marine industry and a commitment to the use of advanced manufacturing technologies.
Lyle Bradshaw, President & Owner
Lyle has 35 years of successful business management experience in the custom home building and millwork industry. Lyle has focused his companies on high-end homes and cottages in Alberta and BC.
Brett Wightman, VP Operations
Brett, a mechanical engineer, oversees the millwork, assembly and finishing operations. Brett also worked as the ship’s engineer on the famous "J" boat, "Endeavour".
Peter Velsen, Millwork Shop Foreman
Peter manages a team of craftsman in the millwork shop. His versatility and attention to detail acquired when he had his own millwork company is instrumental in delivering a top quality product within pre-determined deadlines.
